Refund Policy
Growatt offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on goods purchased directly from https://uk.growattpower.com. We are sure you will love your new Growatt product. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied, simply let us know within 30 days. Once we have received the product and confirmed its validity, we will give you a full refund.
We only provide pre-paid return labels for products with quality issues. Otherwise, if the return is caused by the consumer, we will charge a 5% transaction fee + shipping costs.
For quality issues, we will give you a full refund or a one-time free replacement after you receive the item.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us during our normal business hours via the Customer Service Centre: (866)-686-0298 or email support.pps@growatt.com. To return your product under the 30-day returns policy, please note the following conditions:
1. you purchased the product directly from www.uk.growattpower.com.
2. you contact Growatt and initiate the return process within 30 days of the original shipping date.
3. the product is returned in its original packaging, with all materials, in new or like-new condition and with a return authorisation number.
Return policy
1. items returned without authorisation will not be considered.
2. items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the item.
3. all items must be in the same condition as you received them, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
4. when returning or exchanging an item, the customer must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.
Single-use items:
1. special offers or gift cards are non-refundable.
2. damage/loss caused by the customer will not be refunded.
Restocking fee
Consumers will not be charged a restocking fee for returning a product.
Refund
1. once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
2. if you have not received your refund within 2-3 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially issued. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us via the service email on the Write site here.
Please note: We do not refund the original shipping costs.
Order cancellation
If you contact us in good time after purchase, we can cancel the order for you.
If your payment has been processed but the package has not been shipped, you can cancel your order before the item is delivered. We will refund your money in full.
Orders cannot be cancelled once the parcel has been dispatched.
Procedure for returning products
1. obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number
2. all returns must have an RMA number for processing. Contact support.pps@growatt.com for assistance.
3. you will receive a prepaid shipping label (return address is on the shipping label).
Please follow the instructions to properly package and safely return the item. Please follow the instructions before shipping the products.
4.Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package.
The RMA number should be clearly stated on the return label of each package returned to Growatt. Do not write the RMA number on the box itself. Packages without an RMA number on the return label cannot be accepted by our warehouse.
5.Growatt will proceed with the replacement or refund after confirming that the defective item has been received at our warehouse.
The final resolution will depend on the availability of the replacement items. All replacement items are covered by the same warranty period as the original defective item or 3 months after replacement, whichever is later.
